Teaching Kids Origami in AVISTAR KIDS in Campo Grande, MS, Brazil

Our Wolfs attended the workshop with artist, Ana Streets and our Senior developed the workshop Mobiles passarinhescos. In it, the children reported a bit about the art of folding and learned to make a "Tsuru", is a bird whose breeding Japanese origami Japanese means good luck, happiness and health. Legend has it that if you make a thousand tsurus have a request serviced by the gods. So we spent a morning socializing Tsuru. The hardest part was to teach a group of American children who could not speak Portuguese, but the Chief Guide and Eliana Adriana until fared very well. Congratulations to the organizers of the event through Mamede Institute for Environmental Research and Ecotourism, the IMASUL, the Bird Observers Club of CG and all partners. Bravo!
