On the stated date, a simple meeting was held for all members of the Malaysian Contingent to the 23rd WSJ in Japan. We gathered up for a final briefing for weather, safety and culture. As well as collection of our Jamboree Contingent Kits, a swimming test was held for all participants below 25 years old. C Fort and 7th Fort Sea Scouts were in the water and around the pool helping out all 150+ participants and IST to get their swimming tests done in order to find out who is confident in water and who isn't. They had to pass a 100m swim test with any stroke and a 1 minute water thread. All done without touching the pool floor.
