“SWACHH BHARAT “ (CLEAN INDIA CAMPAIGN) The Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi had once said “Sanitation is more important than Independence” Bapu dream was “Total Sanitaion for all”. On Gandhi Jayanti 2nd October’2014 our Hon’ble Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi has launched Swachh Bharat Mission, he said that Sanitation has a strong connection not only with personal hygene but also with human dignity and well being, public health, nutrition and even education. After appeal by the Prime Minister of India, we member of Bharat Scouts & Guides, Assam’s Pub zaloni School of Duliajan in the disrtict of Dibrugarh (Assam) Cub - Bulbul , Mrs. Nijju Rabha, Floke leader and teachers are came forward & joined to clean our school and sourrending area on 09th October’2014. In this connection 150 numbers of Cub-Bulbul, 15 numbers of Teachers along with more then 60 numbers of local area’s people were actively participated in this campaign. The programme was inugurated by Sri Ramesh Dutta at about 09:00 Hrs.
