SW Voluntary Service: WalkSide by Rovs Project - Mauritius Venture Scouts Hit Kuala Lumpur for Park Cleaning, Bottle Caps Collection & also Sightseeing KL

It's an honor for the team and I because Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia through the International Commissioner, Dr. Mukhyuddin chose this team to organise the service community program for the Mauritius Scout Group (1st Flacq Scout Group)to fulfill their scheme requirement for venture scout which is to achieve Venture Belt Award (According to them). 25 Venture Scouts and 3 Scoutmasters from Mauritius were joined this program. So, Rovs Project Team organises the park cleaning program at the Taman Eko Rimba Bukit Nanas, near to the KL Tower. The briefing in the morning were initiated by Sam & me at National Headquarter. After that, we went to the park by walking because it not quite far from the National HQ. After the park cleaning, we brought them sightseeing around Kuala Lumpur by free fare Bus (KLGo) and also took them to have some street food such as 'Roti Canai Special' and Chicken Rice. About 2,000 Bottle Caps were collected from this program, the journey towards 500K bottle caps is still on!
