SW Voluntary Service Project: WalkSide By Rovs Project - Kick Off Meeting for Overview Project

We're ready for Scout of the World Award guys! Our team meeting tonight is a kick off meeting for preparing SW Voluntary Service Project. WalkSide By Rovs Project is a project that we're planning to build a sidewalk that made up from recycled bottle caps that we will obtain from the community through our awareness campaign & our collaboration with the Government Agencies, Private Sectors, and NGOs. Our SW Voluntary Project as planned, we will build a sidewalk at Kampung Orang Asli Batu 16 Ulu Gombak for aboriginal people. But this project still in the early stage,so no visitation to that village yet. Our team is consist of 20 peoples on board but 20 peoples will be divided into a 2 groups which is 10 peoples each. This meeting is held at Malaysia Scout HQ, Rumah B-P. What are we discussed is more on our timeline of the project, tasks that being given & what we plan for marketing strategy because to raise the awareness about 3R (Reduce, Reuse & Recycle) takes time but with a right strategies & approaches, it will be easier. We believe 500,000 bottle caps can be obtained by 28th August 2018. We also need everyone support to make this social project success.
