Technical group divide into two group to make a survey. Survey process include the comparison of price of material and the availability of specific things. This process is very important to determine where the best place to buy a material and others thing. The material include PVC tube, PVC fitting and connector materials. Location for the shop survey is around Parit Raja. The list of price and availability of each item were made to made a comparison and choose which shops is the most suitable. PVC comes in two basic forms: rigid and flexible which is the most suitable component for our street light pole. Through this survey, we collected data about types of PVC pipe that we are going to buy which we have referring to the design structure made by our groupmate and prices of the pipes.
