In Celebration of Scouting Month, our council, Parañaque City Council will have a Sunrise Parade. Scouts from different schools and outfits parade to the City Hall where the main event will be held. Key points of the event are the flag ceremony, announcements and the remarks from our mayor. This event aims to promote Scouting to the youth.
