Norbuling Central School conducted 5 days Basic Leadership Training Program ( Summer Youth Camp) themed "One Youth; One Leader" in collaboration with Dzongkhag Education Office and Zhung Dratshang from 1st July to  5th July, 2019. 77 students from NCS and and 10 students  from Umling Lower Secondary School along with one escort teacher participated in the camp. During the camp students studied about Emotional Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry, Goal setting, Sustainable Development Goals, Effective Communication, Resilience Building, Attitude of Leadership, Driglam Namzha, Tha Damtse, Growth Mindset followed by Team Building activities, Self Reflection Activities, Audience by distinguish guest speakers and religious orientation by Khenpo Kinley Tshering. Evening entertainment programs such as singing competition, extemepore speech, story telling, dance competution, cooking and reading competition among circles were also conducted. The total of 22 staff volunteered to conduct this camp. And i was privileged to be part of it by serving as co-programe coordinator.

The team would like to sincerely thank School administration, Dzongkhag Education office and Zhung Dratshang in particular for providing all necessary supports in the interest of grooming our young leaders.
