Our Institution (School) has been conducting the Joint Senior Girl and Senior Boy Scouts' Summer Leadership Camp since summer of 2006. In the training, we encourage the graduating Senior Scouts to train their replacements, using the "Teach-Back Concept" as used by different organizations worldwide. In this methodology, the seasoned Scouts teach and train new Scouts on the Scouting Ideals, Outdoor Skills and Leadership. Amongst the skills that we taught are as follows: Knot Tying, Lashings, Pioneering -Tripod Making, Using Knives or Bolo, Fire Building, Improvised Cooking, & Tent Pitching. Scouting Ideals includes the uniform, logo, salute, sign, Oath & Law and Senior Scouts' Code.
