"Summer jaladan seva sibira"organized by Rover/Ranger unit of Balanga college is inaugurated by the principal Mr. Tapan Kumar pattanaik.The sibira is supported by The Odisha Starte Bharat Scouts and Guides,Bhubaneswar Odisha.In this auspicious occasion of Maha Bishuv Sankranti,the teaching,non teaching staff were present.Rover leader ,Mr, Brajabandhu Pradhan (lect in pol.sc), Ranger leader Miss Arati Behera(lect in IT)and Rover and Ranger co-ordinated the service.The inaugurator Mr. Pattanaik addressed the public on this philanthropic activity and appraised the leaders'activity as a commendable job for the sake of the progress of society.
