Glimpses of State Level Rovers and Rangers Service Camp__ (23 - 27 Dec, 2019) - STC Rewalsar Highlights - 4 Rovers and 3 Rangers of our college are selected for RDC Shimla, 2019 in which 50 Rovers and 50 Rangers from whole Himachal Pradesh State will participate.(18 - 27 Dec 2019) This RDC Camp will be hosted by our college. In the PRE RD Camp, various activities were organised. Campus beautification, camp fire, sessions, flag, practice and selection for RDC, Christmas Eve celebration, etc were some of the many activities done in the camp. There was lot to learn and improve. Every student was given opportunities to show his worth. The drill was the best and tough part of the camp. Inspite of this, no one lost there enthusiasm and kept doing his best to get selected. The camp/patrol duties were followed and taught responsibility to each individual. The leadership quality of many Rovers and Rangers were enhanced. There was very busy schedule in the camp. We hardly got time to maintain hygiene. There was cold atmosphere in the morning and evening time. Some caught cold and cough due to dirt and cold environment. The staff did their best and so did we. But there was carelessness and indiscipline and time delay shown by us sometimes. In a nutshell, this event was very good and taught many lessons to us. Also, our college performance was good and we returned with proud as 7/8 participants qualifed for State Level RDC, 2019. *Happy Scouting*
