Special Training Camp - 2020
At the beginning of 2020, when it was still a little chilly outside, we scouts decided to camp out in our institution. It was a 'special training camp' which was designed to teach the scouts not only scouting knowledge but also other things from different areas. We attended many sessions throughout the whole camp and we had a lot of fun!
At the very beginning of the camp, we were divided into 7 patrols and we did the activities given to us patrol-wise. The camp was basically held to prepare for the PS award. That's why we had to work really hard. We were given both theoretical classes and physical practices. Though it was a little tiring, it was a really fun experience. We also attended exams
As we all attended the sessions and learned many things. We didn't only learn, we also had practical sessions. We acquired the skills in hiking, camping, first aid, rope-work, etc. Everything was perfectly executed and resulted in us having good scores in the exam.
We learned a lot of things. We grasped the knowledge of not only badges but also the outer world. Our general knowledge skills increased. We also mastered different skills like hiking, rope-work, first-aiding etc.
