From Soil to Sprout: Garden Prep in Action

Creating a sustainable, community-driven solution that supports food security, environmental care, and hands-on learning is the team's motivation. By establishing a functional nursery and improving garden spaces, we aim to empower students and community members with practical green skills while promoting long-term ecological and livelihood benefits. This initiative reflects our commitment to nurturing both plants and people toward a greener, more self-sufficient future.

The project was a success because of the collaborative efforts and hands-on approach of students and volunteers working together to build an eco-friendly nursery using recycled materials like PVC pipes, plastic bottles, and nets. The team also maintained the existing garden and prepared additional land by enriching the soil and organizing planting beds. This highlighted sustainable practices and transformed the space into a thriving, community-driven green area.

Community members learned how sustainability and creativity come together by using recycled materials to build a functional nursery that supports plant growth and reduces waste. They gained hands-on experience in garden maintenance and land preparation, strengthening their practical skills and environmental awareness. This project showed how community collaboration can create a lasting positive impact through urban gardening.
