30 young boys and girls took the pledge of investiture into the scouting movement under the senior scouting section of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines last July 26, 2019 at the Sagkahan National High School, Sagkahan, Tacloban City. The Ceremony was witnessed by the parents, members of the SNHS Outfit, as well as Tacloban City Council scouts and scouters who welcomed with open arms these young boys and girls to become fully fledged members of the scouting movement. The scout aspirants proceeded to a 3 day camping event where they learned about the essentials of scouting - the basic ideals of a scout, the history of scouting, as well as life skills that are essential in the overall growth and development of the 30 newly invested scouts as individuals and as global active citizens.
