To celebrate the 39th birthanniversary if His Majesty the king Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck.scouts of Haa Districts will join the occassion to pay the homage.

So the good and orderly drill is very necssary in the parade and leadership scouts are teaching the drills and commands to the scouts of Jyenkhana Primary School and Tshaphel Lower Secondary School for 6 days 5 hours daily to 135 participants its was very enjoyable and scouts learnt the drill  very fast.
