Due to lockdown, nearby daily vegetable markets-Suramangalam Uzhavar Santhai shifted to the Salem New Bus Stand. In order to maintain the public not to be in crowd and maintaining social distance, our team of Scouters, Guiders and Rovers of Salem district rendered their service at New Bus stand and Palmarket from 06:00AM to 09:30AM. from 24th March and continuing till date. The Service rendered by the scout movement was highly appreciated by the District Collector, Thiru S.A.Raman, IAS, and The Assistant Commissioner Of Police Salem District, Mr.Annadhurai,ASP.
