State Level Online Beginners Course for Group Leaders, Rover Scout Leaders and Ranger Leaders was conducted by The Bharat Scouts and Guides Himachal Pradesh from 20th to 23rd October 2020 (11:00 AM to 12:00 noon Everyday) via Zoom Cloud Meeting Application. In this course total 31 participants from different units of Himachal Pradesh participated. I rendered my service as a technical assistant in this course. My work is to handle (host) the zoom meetings so that the course will go smoothly. On the first day of the course, History and What is Scouting was discussed with the participants. On the Day second, Motto, Sign, Salute and Left hand Shake and Organisational Setup of State and District was discussed. On the 3rd Day, Promise and Law and Different Section of organisation was discussed. On the Fourth Day , How to start and Register a unit and Advancement of Unit Leader was Discussed. Closing Ceremony of this course was on 27th Oct. 2020 at 10:00AM in which Dr. Amarjeet K. Sharma, Worthy State Chief Commissioner, The Bharat Scouts and Guides were presided as Chief Guest.
