To Serve is to Worship
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all those who sacrificed their own opportunities to sit comfortably and receive blessings, choosing instead to serve others throughout the day. We especially appreciate the dedicated De-suups, police personnel, volunteers, and all the behind-the-scenes workers who worked tirelessly from early morning until late at night.
Their hard work, patience, and selfless service often go unnoticed, but they played an essential role in ensuring that everything was organized, safe, and carried out smoothly. While others were able to participate and receive blessings, these individuals devoted their time and energy to serving the community and supporting everyone around them.
Their commitment is a true example of selflessness, responsibility, and service to others. We deeply respect and appreciate their sacrifices and would like to thank each and every person who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Their contribution reminds us that true service is not always about being seen or recognized, but about willingly giving our time and effort for the benefit of others. :::
We worked from 7 AM till 7PM. We scouts were responsible for waste management, crowd handling and serving food, tea and snacks. We divided ourself among different work e.g 10 for waste management,30 for serving and 13 for crowd handling. We helped in formation of line , controlling crowd noise and guiding people to basic facilities like toilet.
I learned that how much struggle people faced who works behind the scenes. How much patience and courage you need to stand infront and control the crowd. I learned getting merits is not only just receiving prayers but helping in those religious event is also a way to earn merits.
