Dans le cadre d'avoir de responsable bien former l'Équipe nationale des Éclaireuses et Éclaireurs unionistes de Côte d'Ivoire à organiser un séminaire de formation qui avait pour thème à l'abri de la maltraitance (Save From Harm). Cette activité s'est déroulé du 28 au 29 mai 2019 à l'Église Méthodiste Unie Cité de Grâce de Nouveau Koumassi. Cependant le thème du séminaire a été subdivisé en 3 sous-thèmes que sont :

• - Le premier sous-thème : la convention internationale des droits des enfants (CDE) a été animer par le président du grand conseil des EEUCI chef KONE Issa.
• - Le deuxième sous-thème : presentation mondiale du programme " A l'abri de la maltraitance " animé par le commissaire nationale cheftaine AGBA Marcelle Epouse Behinzi.
• Le troisième sous-thème : La mise en œuvre de la politique mondiale du programme "A l’abri de la maltraitance" au sein d’une OSN animé par 1er Vice-Président de la FIS chef YAPI Charles Olivier.

Ce séminaire c'est beaucoup basé sur un atelier pratique sur scout.org qui a permis a l"ensemble des participants avoir leurs certificat a l'abri de la maltraitance. Enfin la formation fût vraiment enrichissante pour tous les chefs d'unité présent. Nous tenons à remercier le commissaire national à la formation chef Coulibaly Shalako pour cette initiative, toute Équipe nationale et féliciter tous les participants qui ont obtenu le certificat.

As part of having responsible well trained the National Team of the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts Unionists of Côte d'Ivoire to organize a training seminar that had as its theme to Save From Harm. This activity took place from 28 to 29 May 2019 at the United Methodist Church City of Grace of New Koumassi. However the theme of the seminar was subdivided into 3 sub-themes that are:

- The first sub-theme: the international convention of the rights of the children (CDE) was animated by the president of the big council of the EEUCI chief KONE Issa.
- The second sub-theme: World presentation of the program "Safe from harm" animated by the national commissioner cheftaine AGBA Marcelle Epouse Behinzi.
The third sub-theme: The implementation of the global policy of the program "Safe from Harm" within an NSO animated by 1st Vice President of the FIS Chief YAPI Charles Olivier.
This seminar was very much based on a practical workshop on scout.org which allowed all participants to have their Safe from Harm certificates. Finally the training was really enriching for all the unit leaders present. We would like to thank the National Commissioner for Training Chief Coulibaly Shalako for this initiative, any National Team and congratulate all participants who have obtained the certificate.
