I volunteered with the Rotary Club of Lautoka whereby we read stories to the children and taught them origami. Later I showed them videos and talked to them about peace, how can one bring about peace, made them actually realise what peace means to them which they later drew as part of creativity activity. The vidoes helped them better understand the concept of peace and how can one be Messengers of Peace. The children are Messengers of Peace. We also gad a discussion on what are some of the simple projects they can do in thier communities and bring about peace.
