In celebration of New Year Water Festival in Yangon, Rovers Scout from different universities gathered in front of City Hall and at congested Pyay Road to render their voluntary services alongside with Yangon Region Police and other voluntary organizations. The activity is organised by Yangon City Development Committee with the support of Yangon Region Government, to help and assist public officers in various sectors including traffic clearance, public security, garbage collecting and road cleaning.⚜️⚜️⚜️
