Other Schools uses CAT as their Color Officers, but unlike Ilocos Norte College of Arts & Trades they use SCOUTS as Color Officers. Serving our school, Ilocos Norte College of Arts & Trades on its Moving Up Ceremony 2017 is a great honor. As we prove that Senior Scouting is not just any Organization, Senior Scouting is a Family of different kids with different motives but as we think; we became UNIFIED scouts already.
