Scouts with the Government on climate action
In the Pangalengan area there is a lot of vacant land that could be the cause of natural disasters such as landslides, so we held this event as part of an effort to cope with natural disasters in the future.
We held this 1000 tree planting event in the framework of TJLS (Social and Environmental Responsibility) with PT PLN (Persero) as well as other agencies such as Polsek, Koramil, private parties such as Tapak Tiara, and of course from the Pangalengan sub-district Scout Movement.
From this event we became aware of the importance of trees for our survival, we also learnt a lot because in this event there were many agencies and we shared a lot of information related to climate action. We have also implemented the Tri Satya of the scout movement, which is to help build society and the second dasa Darma of scouts, which is love of nature and compassion for fellow human beings.
