Twenty-two scouts on Monday toiled for four hours to clean the Zambian Tourist Capital of Livingstone. The cleaning started around 0900 hours with the Cabinet Office grounds, and proceeded to the High Court grounds until cleaning of the Senanga-Livingstone road around 1330 hours.
