Scouts for a clean environment.
Ofafa is an area in Thika, Kenya, along Mt. Kenya University that has been the garbage disposal point by students.
We decided to clean the area as we continue with the campaign for clean and sustainable environments.
The idea was planned by the rovers council in the university,and through the administration and collaboration with the local authority,it was effectively implemented
The community was impressed on the work done, and fostered in the campaign for a clean environment.
We encouraged the local authority on the need of pit bins around the area for effective action plan
There is no one to take care of the environment for us. It is us for us to do so.
We need to protect our eco system for a friendly climate in future.
This need to be implemented everywhere.
