Nazhoen and Nachung Scouts of Bartsham Central school observed and created awareness program to the school community. The program focused to the boys regarding the biological period occur to our girls. The taboos surrounding menstruation are some of the main challenges, where it can be address through such program. School can be a very good medium to spread the information for the larger community. on the day, all students and staff tied with red ribbon on right arm to signify, love and care to support our women society for the better world of tomorrow. with the small fund contributed by the scout leaders, we have distributed a sanitary pad to the girls by boys captains and gents teachers.
