Three-day camp-type trainings were held for Guba and Khachmaz Scout leaders to improve their scouting skills and skills in using teaching methods. Trainings on working with scouts, working with scouts, more effective organization of group meetings, increasing the effectiveness of action plans, scout values were held.

During the meetings with the scouts, the scout leaders learned in detail what trainings to conduct to ensure their development in 6 areas.

Participants enjoyed the games during activities that maintained and developed team spirit.
