Scouts in Kenya through the Messenger of peace supported program dubbed Scouting for Hope are embarking on progressive and sustainable ways to produce food for less fortunate scouts. Through the program that engages multistorey bag gardening for the scouts who don't have land to be able to produce food and sell in order tosupport their scouting activities and grow their local patrols. The project was slowly takig shape as th different vegetables planted took root and started flourishing with the onset of the rainy season. The projects success is closely being monitored for replication in other children's homes for similar goals.
