Scout of the World Award Project- UPSHIFT Bhutan

Educating children in schools with 21st century skills that equip them with necessary skills for life.
A ToT workshop for 26 teachers from 26 different schools in eastern Bhutan were trained on UPSHIFT curriculum, a social innovation tool to solve social issues in school and communities. They in turn roll out the same to children back in school
More 10,000 people will benefit from the project as all teachers receiving training will roll out in schools and further spread to families so that they become a problem solvers, innovators and upshifters.
Many teachers can use this upshift tools in classroom teachings and make children more active, creative and innovative problem solving. Many children become an independent and can make decision for their action. The project also empower children with critical thinking ability enhanced.
