The Welcome program for new scouts were conducted on 14th March on Thursday. All the new Scout members and Scouts from different Scouts were welcomed formally to the Scout family of Tshangkha CS.

This year the Scout enrollment is 300 and it is very hard to manage by one Troop leader. Therefore, we have appointed two Troop leaders and awarded with scarf. The Patrol leaders will be appointed during Scout session. 

The program was conducted after 8th period in the school basketball court. Refreshment were served to all the participants after the program.

All the students who were not scouts were also participated.

Total 539 particopants for an hour.
