Scout room spring cleaning
The scout room needed cleaning, and it was a good opportunity to learn how to manage major cleanups
we arrived at scout room at 9am or so, then we were assigned to help move the main table outside to give it a good scrub-down, then some of us help to clean the floor that was under the table. After that we re-organised how the whole scout room will look by rearranging the shelves. by about 3pm we were all finished.
It provided a newer environment to the new list of committees and also gave the whole of scout room a fresh feel to it. It also proved useful in learning how to plan out how the whole clean up event will go
I learned how to keep myself disciplined while focusing on a job and actively seek out others who are in need
