On July 8-10, 2019, Members of the Boy and Girl Scouts of the Philippines from the St. Therese Educational Foundation of Tacloban Inc. participates in the "Scout Me In!" 3-Day Live-Out Scouting Activity at STEFTI, Abucay, Tacloban City. On the first day, scouts learned to work together in fulfilling their duties to their institution by holding a clean-up drive as well as orienteering on how to properly handle and raise a Philippine Flag. On the second day, the boy scouts and girl scouts learned about the advancement schemes and programs in their respective scouting movement organizations. They also picked up some basic skills in the fields of first aid, signalling and ropework. On the third day, the scouts once more served the school through campus beautification and cleaning, and capped off the event with a get-together and certificate awarding ceremony. The activity was spearheaded by Scout Josuena Pauner and was supervised by Scouter Jeramil Suello, WBH.
