Scout Leaders Training Course

Networking and Fellowship: This is an opportunity to gather, share experiences, and build strong bonds of friendship with other Scout leaders who share the same commitment and passion for volunteer work.

This 5-day training project is structured into three main phases: Daily Routine Management (utilizing mandatory assemblies and patrol duties to maintain strict schedules), Day-by-Day Program Execution (progressing from opening and theory, to troop management, pioneering, technical field training, and final evaluations), and Post-Project Evaluation (analyzing course data and compiling a final activity report to measure success).

This project impacts communities by strengthening leadership and discipline via structured troop management, building technical competency through hands-on outdoor survival training, and fostering collaboration and personal growth via the Patrol System—ultimately preparing capable leaders to empower local youth.
