SAREE DRIVE FOR THE LADY LABOURS
I was highly inspired from the Robinhood Army, a zero-fund organisation that provides food to the needy. Its motto "SERVE THE HUNGRY CITIZEN" motivated me a lot to work and do something for the society.
I am a rover and I belong to North 24 Parganas ( Barrackpore Local Association). I always had a wish to do something for the needy and received much inspiration from an organisation called Robinhood Army. Now I got an opportunity to be a part of it and to serve the hungry citizens. I've been a Robin for almost a year now and it feels amazing to be the reason behind someone's smile. 💚

Location of food drive:- Manirampur Brick Fields, Barrackpore Cant.
We had the presence of Guru Maharaj from Ramkrishna Mission, Sector V(Kolkata) with us who bought him some sarees for the lady laborers of the brick field. They were really happy to receive them.
I've learnt that when you donate food or feed the needy for atleast a day or two, the amount of satisfaction you get from within is immeasurable. You also get to motivate many of the people living around you so that some day in the future they can also do something for the society.
