Nepalese New year is celebrated in a grand festival in Tokha, a city in the northern part of the capital. A large number of pilgrims participates in the temple of HIndu God namley Ganesh, Sapantirtha for their religious belief. Around 50 scouts (including boys & girls scouts; rovers & rangers; as well as masters ) participated in the religious site to control the massive number of people and made it disciplined. Scouts from Laxmipur Scouts Troop, Oasis Scouts Troop, Machhindra R/R Crew and ex-Scouts of Tokha participate in the Service camp. The accommodation of a night and a day camp was arranged in the premises of Oasis Secondary School. During the end of the service camp all the scout who participated were granted a certificate to appreciate and uplift the quality of service they had provided.
