The challenge is organised into three levels; Entry Level, Leader Level and Champion Level. Here I have completed the Leader level of Tide Turner's Plastic Challenge by attending a Webinar organised by honourable Regional Organising Commissioner Scout of Eastern Region of Bharat Scouts and Guides Mr Bablu Goswami Sir.
