Sairam Scouts Community Service – Hosur Festival

The project was inspired by the spirit of community service and the opportunity to support a large public gathering like the Hosur Ther Festival. Seeing the need for organized volunteer support encouraged Sairam Scouts to contribute their time and energy. The initiative aimed to instill leadership, responsibility, and service-minded values among students while assisting devotees.

The project was executed by organizing Sairam Scouts student volunteers to support the Hosur Ther Festival activities. Volunteers were briefed on their responsibilities, including crowd guidance, assisting visitors, and maintaining discipline during the procession. The team coordinated with festival organizers and local authorities to ensure smooth movement of devotees while promoting service, teamwork, and community engagement.

Through this project, we learned the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and effective coordination while serving in a large public event. It helped us develop leadership, communication, and crowd management skills. We also understood the value of community service and discipline. The experience strengthened our confidence and inspired us to actively participate in social initiatives that benefit society.
