volunteer conducted a thorough clean program within and outside the Ugyen Pelri Palace for the closing ceremony of Royal Bhutan Flower Exhibition to be held on 10 June 2016. Within the exhibition area everyday there was an advocacy program and picking up stray litter and requesting the stall to maintain their own trash. However, after the exit point there was trash everywhere. We collected about 6 bags of trash, which mainly consisted of pet bottles of water, juice, tetra pack and empty noodle packets. Our most gratitude to a stranger from Drukgyel who introduced himself as Mr. Damcho Rinchen and donated Nu 1000 to the volunteer for refreshment. He said that he has a children and will encourage community service with Clean Bhutan.
