1st Rovers moot was conducted by BSA under the Department of youths in collaboration with jigme namgyel engineering college( host )rovers scout  from 8 different college join moot to participate in different activities for 5 days. One of the  mission of conducting moot was to encourage rovering programme in different college and to improve rovering programme in college by taking students to understand theoretical aspect of rovers and practical activities so that they can help peer and rovers crew to provide services to community and to the society . 

All  programme was firmly based on accompaniying the idea of team works and formation of crew in colleges so that services are best provided in crew and problems can be shared within rovers crew. 

 Participatent were divide in to different crew and most of the activities were made to do in a team including cooking competition and preparing all meals in team . Moreover most of the daily activities were based on competition between crew and it further encourage  participants to be extra cautious while taking any task since participating were encourage to take personal decision and facilitator give less direction . 

In the class session participants were introduced to better world framework under which Mop and other important session were introduced.  Moreover other important session like knotes and hitches were taught knowing the importance of robe work in scouting and in life . Students from different college shared their satisfactory knowledge and thank you to coordinator and BSA for conducting such programme and further recommended such practice to happen to future .
