Rovers In Action (Flood Relief)

Start from 22nd of July 2018, people from Kayin State, Bago Divison and Mon state have been suffered flood and they displaced from their home. The government has been organized emergency flood relief shelters in those regions. In Kayin state, there are 1240 households hase been suffered the flood and there are 23 emergency flood relief shelters and they still need emergency support, rescue and relief responses. Especially foods and recovering aid. We, Myanmar rovers decided to take action on this disaster with all helps that we can extend. We will collect donations and distribute foods and emergency needs to those who are in need, scouts member families and the community through the government shelters. Though we can not cover all regions, we will start with helping for 250 households. At the same time, we are also trying to survey the situation for rehabilitation process during our trip to Hpa-an, Kayin State.
