N.E Railway Bharat Scouts & Guides (India) oragnised a workshop on Clean and Healthy India in which poster making competition, slogan writing competition, discussion, Youth forum, Street play, Adoptaion of Village for beautification and Awarness Rally is organised. the main purpose of the event is to uplift the feeling of "service" in Rovers and also to follow in team work, all activity is performed in State Training Centre _ Katra (Ayodhya) State - Uttar pradesh, India.
