Rover qualification
The rovers of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia or UTHM has launched a programme called ROTOS 8.0 (Road to Success). The purpose of this programme is to have a 3 days and 2 nights camp out for the qualification of rover status
28th March:The first day is mainly for ice-breaking and getting each others quirks, skills and other things about the facilitators and fellow scout members. In the evening, we have a seminar about what the basis of being a scout is as well the whole rover training scheme.
29th March:On the second day, we have a community service event which is to clean up the camp grounds. The camp grounds are used other people too so we need to clean up the mess that we made the day before.That night we had our vigil as well our epaulettes officially bestowed upon the new rovers
30th March:The finale to the programme is a closing ceremony with our scout leader. Our leader officialized the closing ceremony and had a photo shoot with the rest of the rovers. A last clean-up of the campgrounds is done before saying our goodbyes
