Rock and rope climbing
The motivation was to explore adventure sports as a way to build leadership, confidence, and teamwork among youth while staying active and healthy.
We practiced basic rock and rope climbing techniques in a controlled environment using safety equipment like ropes and harnesses. Team members supported each other during climbing to ensure safety and coordination. We also learned proper grip, balance, and movement techniques under supervision.
