27th Road Saftey week 2016. 16th jan. Road rally under the theme 'TIME FOR ACTION' was held at katra Reasi jammu, which was inaugurated /flag off by Dy. CEO Shri. Mata Vashino Davi Shrine Board katra in presence of ASP, Dy. ASP katra, ARTO Katra, other high level officers of Traffic Dept and various principals of different schools. The rally started from the Office of Shri. Mata Vashino Davi Katra , passes through main Bazar Katra and ends at Govt. Hr. Sec. School Katra. In the Rally 1500 participants from various schools OF Reasi district and local citizens of katra participate, during the rally the participants had displayed the play cards, and they gave the slogans regarding the road safety, also distribute pump-lets to the drivers and local people!! During the inauguration time ARTO Reasi and other senior officials gave speeches regarding the aim of celebration of the Road safety week! Mr. Anayatullah Incharge J&K state Bharat Scouts & Guides Katra present the vote of thanks at the closing ceremony!!. The aim of the Rally was to send the message to the local people regarding the Road safety because of day to day increase of accidents.
