On the occasion of World Earth Day, the Rover Section of Traffic Group Asansol hosted an Inter-Crew Debate Competition, uniting young minds in meaningful dialogue on the theme of renewable energy resources. 🔆🌱 The event engaged in conversations around sustainability, innovation, and the urgent need for cleaner energy solutions.However, we believe that true change goes beyond words.✨
We formed an organizing team and held meetings to plan the activities.Tasks were divided: one team managed the debate competition (topics, participants, judges) and another organized the plantation drive (selecting location, arranging saplings, tools)
Theme: Environmental protection and sustainable development.Invitations were sent to students/participants ahead of time.
Topics were shared early to allow preparation.
On Earth Day, the competition was conducted in an auditorium/hall.
I learned the importance of working together efficiently, dividing tasks, and trusting team members to successfully organize an event.I understood how crucial it is to plan in advance, manage time wisely, and prepare for unexpected challenges during events.Through the debate competition, I improved my ability to express ideas clearly and listen to different perspectives respectfully.
