The Ilocos Region, Boy Scouts of the Philippines conducted the Regional Workshop on World Scout Environment Programme at Benguet Council, L Km5, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines on November 3-6, 2017. The workshop were participated by 55 Adult Leaders and Volunteers of the 6 Local Councils of the Ilocos Region, BSP.
