The Regional Decision Committee (RDC) Europe comprises of 2 volunteers and 1 staff member. Our participation (RDC) on the different events showed to the participants that the MoP-programme in Europe is organised and managed in a way that is appropriate for European NSOs – managed by volunteers for volunteers. We mainly used our existing network and presented the programme in workshops, sessions and numerous talks with high representatives from the various NSOs. Our main focus was to help the European NSOs to understand the importance of the MoP-programme. The participants to the events got a clearer picture and have seen possible projects for their NSO. The participants on those events were: • German speaking conference: key leaders from all German speaking NSOs • Annual RDC Meeting • Agora: Rover and young leader from most European NSOs • Diversity event: young leader interested in the topic “diversity & inclusion” that is a priority in the European Scout Plan and also in the MoP-proramme • Academy: almost 170 young key leaders from all sections and from almost every European NSO • Meeting of all regional volunteers in Budapest: all volunteers working in the core groups, including the ESC • Annual meeting of the RDC in 2015 with the presence of Sebastian Meitz from the WSB, KL-office
