A park called "Taman Lansia" in Bandung City is soothing place to sit and relax under cool shades of trees in the centre of the city. We found many beggars and homeless people spend their day in this park. So, three of us, with books of Short story Collections, Poems, and Motivating True Stories, come to that place Friday noon, and each of us read the book to homeless people or beggar we met. In the picture attached is a family of homeless people who at the end offered us a "bitter sweet" discussion about their destiny and how the government policies affect their life. Most of them enjoying our poem reading for they made them smile, some even asked for more than 1 poem. We shall do this again. Somehow, it's relieving to see a smile or two in their sad countenances.
