The Bharat Scouts and Guides Himachal Pradesh had organised a Rashtrapati Preparatory camp for Scouts and Guides at GSSS, Bir, Distt. Kangra, from 26th to 30th May 2016. In this event 240 scouts and guides and 30 adult leaders had actively participated. In this camp they all revised their syllabus up to Rashtrapati Award i.e Pravesh, Pratham Soapn, Dwitiya Sopan, Tritiya Sopan, Rajya Purskar and Rashtrapati Award and apart from all these they had also been given practical and theoretical reversion of First Aid, Pioneering, Knots, Mapping, Compass etc. In this camp all Proficiency Badges up to Rashtrapati Award of Scouts and Guides had been checked by camp deputed staff. For smooth conduction of this camp the State Headquarters deputed 15 trained staff members.
