The Ramadan on Wheels (ROW) is a project organized by the Malay Youth Literary Association. In 2013, it will be the third project organized thus far. It involves in the distribution of food and daily necessities for the needy during the holy month of Ramadan. However, the beneficiaries do not apply only to the Muslims but others who are deemed eligible through the prior assessment. The Singapore Scout Association will be supporting in the main event this year by mobilizing rovers in assisting the beneficiaries to make wise decisions on purchases, transportation of beneficiaries from ITE East College and to Giant Hypermarket using the Scout Van.  The event ends with a mass iftar with the beneficiaries
